I ordered from Harvest Right the shipping process was better than I expected. I’m the kind of person who checks tracking a lot, so I appreciated that they sent the info quickly and that it actually updated along the way. The delivery came on the day they said it would, which doesn’t always happen these days. The box looked like it had been through normal shipping wear, but the inside was packed well and nothing was damaged. To me, it felt like they had the important parts handled, and the whole experience was easy.

The instructions were easy to follow, thankfully. I had one small question, but the setup guide basically answered it before I got too annoyed. I was able to get started without much stress, which is all I wanted.

I’ve been really happy with my Harvest Right overall. It does what it’s supposed to do and works well for me, but you definitely can’t just forget about it between batches. You have to keep up with oil changes, wipe out the chamber, check the door seal, things like that. It’s not a big deal, though, and none of it is especially hard. It just takes a little time. I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think it’s worth it, just not quite as hands-off as I first imagined

They did end up fixing my unit, and I appreciate that they followed through. It took longer than I was hoping, which was frustrating, but to be fair, the important thing is they got it working again. I think it’s only right to acknowledge the job was done, even if the timing could’ve been better.

The build quality is okay, but not as impressive as I expected for the price. Some of the panels feel solid, while a few smaller parts come off a bit cheap. It’s working fine so far, so I’m giving it a chance, but if it starts having issues or doesn’t hold up, I’ll probably move on to a different brand next time...

The machine works okay overall, but keeping up with the pump oil can get kind of annoying, lol. It’s also a little messy at times, which makes maintenance feel like more of a chore than I expected

The fruit came out crisp and still tasted fresh, which was a relief. I’ve had a few experiences where things didn’t arrive as expected, so my trust is a bit shaky, but this order was definitely better than I was worried it would be

I’ll admit, I was a little worried I’d get fooled by something that looked durable but wouldn’t actually hold up. So far, though, it does feel solid and well-made. The only thing is that it definitely needs some regular upkeep if you want it to stay in good shape. Not a dealbreaker for me, but just something to know before buying.

The product itself seems fine so far, but I was disappointed when it arrived. The packaging was dented and messy, which made it feel like it hadn’t been handled with much care. I kind of wish I’d known to expect that before ordering, because I definitely expected better shipping...

I got my Harvest Right set up last weekend, it went a lot smoother than I expected, which was a nice change. The box is definitely not light, so unless you enjoy pretending you're in a strongman competition, you'll probably need someone to help move it. My husband helped, and we got it in place without too much drama. The instructions were actually clear, thankfully, and hooking up the pump plus doing the first vacuum test wasn’t bad at all. It did take a bit to get everything level and actually read through the directions, because apparently that matters, but there were no major issues. I ran my first batch afterward and it worked like it was supposed to. So far, I’m really happy with it

I was a little nervous to try the Harvest Right freeze dryer, but I’ve been really happy with it so far. The batches of food I’ve run have come out dry, stored well, and the texture has been better than I expected. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve, and I had to get used to checking the trays and timing things right, but once I found a rhythm it became easy to manage. I’m really relieved I gave it a try. It’s been solid for me, and I’d give it 5 stars...

I’ve been using the software for a bit it works fine. It does what it’s supposed to without making things harder than they need to be, which I appreciate. In a world where some companies overpromise and underdeliver, it’s nice to see something that actually holds up its end of the deal.

I’ve had mine for over a year now, it’s just kept doing its job without any weird problems. It feels dependable so far, which I appreciate. That said, if it suddenly starts acting up, I’d probably look at switching to something else, but for now I’m happy with it.

Support was really helpful once I got through. Had to wait a little bit, tho, but overall it was a good experience.

Got it set up without much trouble. I was kind of expecting at least one headache along the way, but it all went smoothly enough.

I was a little worried this would be really loud, but to be fair, it’s been totally reasonable. We have it in the laundry room, and with the door closed, we can barely hear it. Most of the time it’s just a low hum in the background. Overall, I’m happy with it

I do appreciate that Harvest Right actually lists replacement parts, so if something breaks you’re not completely out of luck. That said, some things seem to be out of stock, and it took me a while to figure out which parts fit my machine. I also ended up waiting in a queue longer than I expected, which was frustrating when I was just trying to get a simple answer. The parts pages could definitely be clearer. Overall, not a terrible experience, just kind of average.

I do like my Harvest Right overall, and it’s been working fine for what I use it for. The only thing is the batch size is just kind of... okay. It says you can fit a decent amount, but once you actually spread everything out the way you’re supposed to, that space disappears fast. For a family, I feel like I’m always thinking about the next load before the current one is even done. Not a bad machine at all, I just wish I’d understood the real usable space better or maybe gone up a size.

I thought the cycles were going to take forever, but it’s been smooth so far 🙂 Most of my batches finish in a reasonable amount of time, and I usually just let it run overnight. Really happy with it up to now!

I had a question about my order, so I sent them a message. They got back to me the next day, which I think is fair, and the person who replied was helpful and explained everything clearly. I’m giving 4 stars only because I did have to follow up once, but to be fair, once I did, they handled it well and got things sorted out.
